Sunkatchers R.V. Park Co-operative was formed in 1994 by a group of RV’ers who wanted a safe, affordable “home base”. 

The acreage purchased along the Similkameen River has more than fulfilled their expectations.  

A spectacular rural setting in the beautiful Similkameen Valley yet near to shopping and services.

  • 10 minutes to Keremeos for medical and general needs

  • 45 minutes to Penticton for larger shopping centers and Regional Hospital

  • An easy connection to Vancouver (4 hours approx.)

 

A Great Recreation Area near: 
  • Cathedral Lakes Provincial Park

  • Lake and river fishing

  • Several golf courses & wineries

  • Hiking and biking

  • Apex Mountain skiing

  • Okanagan and other border routes south for the snowbirds

Members are full-time R.V.’ers, part-time R.V.'ers and planning – for – retirement R.V.’ers.

Maintenance dues pay for:
  • Water (deep well water of exceptionally fine quality)

  • Sewer & garbage

  • Telephone (except long distance)

  • Basic TV,  (currently 7 channels)

  • Property taxes  (basic)

  • General park administration

Sunkatchers is a B.C. Registered Co-operative – administered by an elected Board of Directors

(Redeemable shares)

Maintenance Fees: $55/per month
